Concurro (2005)

Concurro is a leading producer of Community Management software. Our task was to redesign and develop the entire User-Interface and presentation layer for their CareConnect product. CareConnect seamlessly integrates facility management, marketing, resident administration, care management, billing, business analysis and reporting. The project began with extensive research into how residential facilities are managed, who would be using the product, and what competitive products were currently on the market. Once the research phase was complete, we began our frameworks designs based on the client's input, modern web design methods, and user feedback. Through a series of iterations, we arrived at a finalized frameworks design, which was then used to design the subsequent screens of the product.
