SelectLeaders (2006)

Select Leaders is a career management network targeted towards Real-Estate industry professionals both searching for jobs, as well as hiring managers looking to fill positions. Select Leaders has two versions of their application, a white-labeled affiliate version that lives within the context of other industry websites, as well as their self-hosted version. The application serves two primary user groups; candidates and employers, both of which require different functionality and features. As well, the project presented a challenge in that the white-labeled version of the design had to account for being adapted to fit within the context of many different website environments. Like many other projects, this one began with extensive research into how we to top the user experiences found on other career applications. Once the research was complete, we began the design phase, whereby first we revised an overall frameworks design, and then continued designing subsequent components and sections. Upon reaching a finalized design, we began the production process of converting our screens designs into behavioral code (HTML/CSS/JS). Once the code for the white-labeled version was complete, we created code for the skin for the Select Leaders self-hosted version, according to their branding elements.
