SuccessFactors (2004 - 2005)
challenge
The SuccessFactors project consisted of the complete redesign of an existing application over a two-year period. The goal was to enhance and develop the following:
- objective management
- performance management
- compensation
- succession management
- project team management
- organizational charting
- analytics dashboards
- competency gap analysis
- evelopment planning
- organizational line-of-sight
solutions
The design and development process involved creating a completely new user experience consisting of:
- visual interaction and interface design
- streamlining user tasks
- incorporating a visual workflow
- adding several new product modules
The interface design was developed around RIA technologies including Flash, FLEX, and AJAX.

The end product achieved all of its projected goals, with the user interface design and interaction designs significantly streamlining all business processes.
