Use Cases
Functionality defined = less wasted development.
Use cases document the different ways users interact with a system. In terms of web and application development, use cases are the ways in which each functionality feature is used by your customers within your application or website, with the focus on illustrating how that goal or task is accomplished. By defining the use cases in your project, we can use them as baselines in usability testing to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your product, both functionally and visually. Use cases help in refining and developing an application or website so that the end product you receive is the one you want.
