Sifted leverages AI and predictive analytics to optimize supply chain operations for shippers. We redesigned their platform to surface critical insights and enhance decision-making capabilities.
The aftermath from the first global information crisis.
When COVID-19 revealed how quickly misinformation spreads during health emergencies, WHO needed to reimagine crisis communication. The challenge: how to deliver critical health information across diverse communities when institutions are losing credibility.
We partnered with WHO to create The Hive—a global, community-driven platform where verified health information flows through trusted community channels for greater preparedness and response to health emergencies.

Transforming complex navigation into clear pathways
Through collaborative workshops with the Sifted team, we identified critical UX pain points where data insights were getting lost. We mapped the existing user journey to understand where recommendations were buried and why users struggled to find actionable guidance.
This discovery process revealed opportunities to fundamentally restructure how supply chain intelligence surfaces in the platform.




Investment allocation made simple
A major challenge was balancing "one-click" simplicity with granular asset control. We designed a comprehensive flow that makes investing seamless while keeping the user firmly in the driver's seat.


Intelligent design that highlights what matters
We developed an interactive prototype and revamped design system that prioritized data accessibility and actionable insights. The redesigned platform was built around three core principles:

Community Hubs
Spaces where communities receive verified intelligence, then craft their own content around it. A WHO health bulletin becomes a sermon outline, an epidemiological update becomes a business briefing.
Events & Amplification
We designed conference features where communities share outcomes. Users can analyze the specific language choices, format decisions, and channel strategies that made the verified information resonate locally
