We needed to ensure new users could invest easily without prior knowledge, while still making informed decisions. We created an experience centered around users' core interests and a curated shortlist of cryptocurrencies.

Testing was crucial here. We found the sweet spot between accessibility, playfulness and credibility. Users wanted an engaging experience devoid of heavy jargon, but they still needed clear indicators to assess risk profiles effectively.

Bitstamp set its sights on returning to the top 10 global crypto platforms. Within a year of launching our UX strategy and the new mobile app, they achieved it — proving that customer experience is the engine of growth.

The redesign created a powerful synergy between two distinct products: Bitstamp Pro, the flagship platform for seasoned traders seeking depth, and Bitstamp Go, a tailored experience for new investors using familiar patterns and guided flows.
