Intelligent design that highlights what matters
We developed an interactive prototype and revamped design system that prioritized data accessibility and actionable insights. The redesigned platform was built around three core principles:

Comprehensive health scoring
The new dashboard centers on an overall health score that synthesizes complex logistics data into a single, scannable metric. Users immediately see their current status, along with critical supporting metrics.
Actionable recommendations
AI-powered insights are now prominently featured throughout the interface. Recommendations appear contextually with clear explanations of why they matter and what actions users should consider.


Geographic intelligence at a glance
Interactive map visualizations reveal zone-based performance patterns, helping users identify regional opportunities and challenges at a glance. The breakdown view shows detailed metrics by location, enabling data-driven decisions about carrier selection and route optimization.
