We restructured the app around an interactive body map, making it easy for users to find taping instructions by area. Paired with step-by-step videos and smart content modules, the new experience taught users how to tape effectively, while feeling approachable and supportive.

Usability tests showed 80–100% success rates across key flows. Users could easily find what they needed, learn as they went, and shop with purpose.
